My paradise

Boring! What I am complaining about is the people, not the things, but the person. Now I am working in my sister's boyfriend's company. This company is a family business. I don't wish to work here. The atmosphere here is not so good for me. Several times, I want to leave here. But thinking of my dear sister, I give up. She is not easy here. And if I leave her, there would be no one she could turn to for help. There are so many relatives here in this company, and most of them are of little education. In fact, the company began to develop only a few years ago, not too long. But the people here don't feel some pressure coming from different aspects. They are like a fog living in the deep well. They don't wish to go out and open their eyes. They are willing to be confined in the narrow world. It's quite hard for me and my siste to do the affairs. I don't know why. Then once, I asked some employees who are not their relavtives about it. They replied that because our joining seem to threaten the relatives exsitence. Many of the employees who are not local folks are expelled by them. What a amazing thing. I didn't believe my ears at that moment. However, I did come to difficulties when I wish to handle the business. And always I was advised by my sister to be calm while coming into hardness. I did as she told me. But sometimes, you would be annoyed by them. I don't think they want to develop and grow. The business will keep on like this or may fall down once there is no one who is serious about the job. As time goes on and on, I will leave or stay depends on the situation. If there is still obstacle in front, I may choose to leave without saying anythings. God bless me.
